Business-Friendly Amenities
Your hotel should support your conference schedule just as well as your sessions do. Look for reliable WiFi, co-working or meeting spaces, early breakfast options, and room layouts suited for work and rest.
Transport Links & Logistics
While near the Festival Arena, confirm that your hotel offers good transport links—airport shuttle service, metro access or ride-share availability. Understanding logistics ahead of time reduces stress during a packed event week.
